  1. Mix all the ingredients together and let marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
  2. Make equal-sized meatballs. This recipe makes about 40 meatballs.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the meatballs on medium heat until cooked through and golden from all sides.

  4. You can add these meatballs to a variety of dishes like Kofta Pulao, Spaghetti & Meatballs, or a Meatball Sandwich. You could also serve as an appetiser.

Notes

  • Wet your hands slightly when making the meatballs so that the meat doesn’t stick to your hands.
  • You can cool and freeze meatballs after frying.
