This recipe makes about 1 cup of chutney.

  1. Wash, peel, and chop the mangoes into small pieces.
  2. Roughly chop the coriander and mint leaves.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth chutney.
  4. Taste and season with more salt if needed.
  5. Bottle up in an airtight container and refrigerate.
