  1. Pre-heat oven to 175C.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla essence till creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after every addition.
  5. Add flour mix. Mix well.
  6. Add half the chips to the dough.
  7. Spread half the dough mix in a tart tin and cover the walls.
  8. Pour in nutella and spread evenly.
  9. Top with remaining dough so the nutella is sealed in.
  10. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  12. Cool for 10 mins before serving.
