  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. To prepare the filling, place the berries in a bowl and add caster sugar, vanilla extract, 2 tbsp flour, and a pinch of salt. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. To prepare the topping, mix together ⅓ cup flour, brown sugar, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt. Add cold butter and use a fork to even out until the texture starts to look like pea-sized balls. Add the almond flakes and oats and toss to combine. 
  4. In a lined baking pan spread the berries evenly. Sprinkle the crumb mixture to coat.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes (until the top is crisp and golden and the mixture is bubbling).
  6. Let cool for 15 minutes at room temperature.
  7. Serve warm with fresh whipped cream.
