  1. Peel the raw mangoes and chop into rough cubes (about 2″ pieces). Discard the seed.
  2. Roughly chop the coriander, mint and green chillies.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency. Add water (a tbsp at a time) if you’re having trouble blending the mixture.
  4. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
