  1. In a bowl add the olive oil, vinegar, pomegranate molasses, and spices. 
  2. Finely chop the semi-dried tomatoes, olives, garlic, artichoke, and fresh parsley.
  3. Mix everything together and set aside to let the flavours develop.
  4. Serve with fresh crusty bread as a starter.
