  1. In a hand blender add tahini paste, 2 tbsp cold water, salt, lemon juice, and garlic clove. Blitz together. 
  2. Add more water 1 tsp at a time to bring it to a smooth paste consistency. The mixture will get thicker in the beginning but start to loosen and lighten in colour as you continue to blend it and add water.
  3. Stir in the Greek yogurt until combined.
