  1. Boil and mash potatoes.
  2. Add in milk and mix till creamy.
  3. Heat butter + olive oil in a skillet.
  4. Add onions and fry till translucent.
  5. Add garlic and spinach and fry till spinach wilts. Around 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the mix to the potatoes. Add lemon juice and cheese. Mix well.
  8. Make patties and dip each individual patty first in egg then in crumbs.
  9. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the patties till golden.
