This is a pretty simple recipe because it relies on a lot of convenience: frozen marinated prawns, ready sauces, store-bought tortillas, ready homemade taco seasoning mix. With all this on hand, it takes no more than 20-30 mins to prepare these wraps.

  1. Toss the prawns in taco seasoning and set aside.
  2. Chop the lettuce, spring onions and capsicums.
  3. Prepare the coriander lime dressing by combining greek yogurt, mayo, minced garlic, coriander leaves, finely sliced green chilli, lime juice, and honey.
  4. Lightly oil a frying pan and cook the prawns on medium-high heat for 2 mins on each side. Set aside.
  5. Heat some store-bought tortillas. 
  6. Assemble by placing prawns in the tortilla followed by the fresh veggies, some black olives, and corn. Drizzle with the coriander lime dressing, sriracha sauce and green sriracha sauce.
