  1. Melt the butter in a medium frying pan.
  2. Add garlic and mushrooms. Cook till mushrooms are tender, browned, and all water dries out. This should take roughly 5-6 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, parsley, oregano and seasoning.
  4. Increase heat and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat again and simmer until the sauce thickens (roughly 5-6 minutes).
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese.
