  1. Crush the biscuits. Leave some small chunks in there. Don’t make a fine powder.
  2. Melt the butter in a cooking pan on low heat.
  3. On low heat, add sugar and cocoa stirring constantly until the sugar melts.
  4. Add condensed milk and stir well.
  5. Remove from heat and add the crushed biscuit little at a time. Keep stirring to incorporate the biscuit mixture in. Do this quickly while the mixture is still warm. The mixture will get harder as you add the biscuits and as it cools. Don’t worry. That’s how it’s supposed to be.
  6. Spread the fudge dough onto a flat dish to a ½” thick even layer.
  7. Leave to cool for 30 mins, then cut the fudge into squares.
