  1. Marinate the chicken and prawns with ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, ¼ tsp sugar, 1 tsp cornflour for half an hour.
  2. Boil stock and add prawns, tofu and chicken. Boil for a few minutes (about 10-15 minutes).
  3. Add all the vegetables and seasoning. Cook for another 20 minutes.
  4. Add dissolved cornflour.
  5. Add beaten egg and 1 tbsp oil for glaze.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
