  1. In ghee add siwayyan and cook on medium heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Add sugar and continue to cook and stir.
  3. Remove from flame and add milk.
  4. Turn on flame again and bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Reduce flame to low, cover and cook till the siwayyan are done (soft).
  6. Garnish with sliced almond and pistachios.
