  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Add oil and water, and need to make a soft, semi-sticky dough.
  3. Cover and leave in a warm place for 5-6 hours (or overnight).
  4. The dough should rise (web-like air pockets form on the sides of the bowl).
  5. You will need to proof your dough every 1.5-2 hours. This means that you take out the dough out of the bowl and kneed it for a few minutes (even pick it up and whack it on the counter a few times). Cover and leave again.
  6. Pre-heat oven to 190C.
  7. Since this recipe makes 4-5 pizzas divide the dough into equal portions.
