  1. Chop the spring onions and green chillies.
  2. Thinly slice the onion and tomatoes.
  3. Half-fill a pot with water and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the noodles and boil for 3 minutes.
  5. Drain the noodles and pass through cold water under tap until it reaches room temperature.
  6. Put the noodles in a large bowl.
  7. Add the cut vegetables to the noodles and mix well.
  8. In a small bowl mix all the ingredients of the dressing together.
  9. Add the dressing to the noodles.

 

Note:

  • Add grilled prawns to this if you want a protein.
