  1. Fry onions and cumin in oil.
  2. Add all the chopped vegetables and spices to the pan and leave to cook on low (covered) till done.
  3. Make sure to dry up all the water.

 

Note

  • Skip the onions if not using cauliflower.
  • Cut all the vegetables (except onions, which are thinly sliced) in the same shape and size so that they cook at the same time.
