- Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients above (except oil) for 1-2 hours.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Add the chicken on high flame and let it colour up on both sides (30 seconds on each side). Then reduce flame to medium and cook till done.
- Serve with stir fried veggies (or baked/mashed potatoes) and garlic bread.
