  1. Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients above (except oil) for 1-2 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet. Add the chicken on high flame and let it colour up on both sides (30 seconds on each side). Then reduce flame to medium and cook till done.
  3. Serve with stir fried veggies (or baked/mashed potatoes) and garlic bread.
