  1. Marinate the beef in ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cornflour, and ½ egg for at least half an hour.
  2. Cut the beef undercut in thin strips.
  3. Cut the green chillies in strips (de-seed if you want to make it less spicy).
  4. Slice the carrots (circles).
  5. Julienne the ginger (thin long strips).
  6. Thinly slice the onions.
  7. In a pot or wok heat ¼ cup of oil, add ginger and fry.
  8. Add the marinated beef and fry for 10 minutes (or until the beef is tender).
  9. Add the carrots, green chillies, and onions. Stir fry.
  10. Prepare the seasoning: ¼ tsp salt,¼ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar.
  11. Add seasoning. Stir fry for a few minutes and remove.
