  1. Tenderise the chicken with a metal/wooden meat tenderiser.
  2. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, white pepper, ground chilli, egg, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic & ginger paste.
  3. Add chicken to the mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cornflour and baking soda. You can [optionally] season this mixture as well with a little bit of salt and pepper.
  5. Toss the chicken fillets in the flour mix and shallow fry in hot oil.
  6. You can garnish these burgers with chilli & garlic sauce, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese slice.
